- Kupas kentang potong dadu lalu masak dengan air / bisa dikukus.
- Masukan salmon, brokoli, duo bawang, wortel, tempe & unsalted butter di wadah yang baru, lalu kukus sampai matang.
- Jika kentang sudah empuk, angkat lalu saring bersamaan dengan salmon dll. Bisa juga di blender, tambahkan garam sedikit (opsional).
- Jika tekstur terlalu kental bisa ditambahkan ASI/sufor/air.
